Friendly and helpful staff. Nice clean and well presented environment. Best building in town. My dentist Kerry and the dental assistant are a good team! A good laugh!!

May is absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to. She is thorough, professional, comprehensive and kind. She coached my breathing for getting my wisdom teeth out which made such a positive difference to the procedure. She takes the time to fully explain each step and is so respectful of how her patient is feeling. I didn’t realise going to the dentist could be this good. Thank you May!

Had been in credit with this company for 2 year's,Sent a email on the 3rd of July in regards to my debt of $66.00 as it had gone up to $120.00 then get a Bay corp bill of $180.00 on the 11th of June.TRIPLE THE AMOUNT.There fee's for treatment seem higher than other's this is after getting 3 more quotes done all other quotes are at least $800.00 less,when I went in to get my treatment done on my teeth they would do 1" service per dental sitting I have since found a dentist that has done 3 service's in 1 dental sitting.Wouldn't recommend this franchise THE TOOTH FAIRY"

Haven't gotten chance to see the dentist. The rude receptionist scared me off.

Reception doesn't help at all. Says they will send an email to me and it's been 2 weeks now. Called multiple times and all she says is yes.. ok I'll send it now and you can tell she won't because it doesn't sound like she wants to be there. Use to be a good practice but unfortunately now its rubbish.

Absolutely wonderful service! A +++. I was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth removed but the staff there were so amazing and made me feel so much better throughout the whole process. The receptionist is so lovely and will always greet you with the nicest smile on her face and the dentist which dealt with me was really comforting; aswell as very good at what he does! Overall, amazing service and truly wonderful staff. I would give more stars if I could :)

Would leave 6 stars if I could. The team were incredibly helpful, I chipped a tooth 5:30pm Friday night and they were kind enough to schedule me for 8am Monday morning before their usual opening time, all done and dusted by 9am, and I had Netflix to watch while they drilled. Have already booked a second appt for a clean, very happy with the job and extremely happy with the service received, thanks so much team, A++

Appalling service.I have been using these guys for a couple of years now. Contacted them today as I have broken a tooth.Presently (due to Covid) only working half days?Will give me an appointment in 7 days time.

I personally recommend Kalo Malthus as a fantastic dentist. Professional, friendly, efficient, understanding, great communication, awesome value for money. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The reception staff are super helpful and friendly, the anxiety from visiting the dentist was hugely reduced
